 To reach innermost

 Practice 5 minutes daily

+Sit in a quiet private place in a comfortable chair.

+Place your hands on your lap and your feet flat on the floor.

+Take a long deep breath in, slowly exhaling.

+Check to make sure you aren’t bracing or holding any unwanted tension in your body.

+Keeping your head straight, look up as far as your eyes will let you.

+Fixate your attention on one spot on the ceiling, keeping your head straight.

+Take a deep breath in.

+Hold the breath for a moment.

+Exhale slowly.

+Begin to breathe in counts of four. Inhale for a count of four, hold the breath for a count of four, exhale for a count of four, remain breathless for a count of four.

+Repeat the four-count breathing until you feel your eyes wanting to close from the strain of looking up.

+ Allow your tired eyes to close.

+With your eyes closed feel yourself sinking and floating and drifting. Feel the chair holding your weight and notice any tension in your body release.

+Enjoy this relaxed inner space for a moment.

+Count up from 1 to 5 and with each number slowly come back to a fully alert state.

This is your innermost space. It may feel very subtle at first. The more you practice this the deeper you will go. This is direct access to your unconscious mind.
